I offer prospective clients an initial free 20 minute telephone or online consultation, during which we will talk about what you would like to achieve from counselling.
Sessions are 50 minutes once a week. Regular weekly sessions help us keep momentum and allows me to be there to support you if you find the issues difficult to talk about.
You can phone, text or email me to set up an initial session. There we can talk about what you would like to achieve from counselling. If you are happy to continue we will set up further regular sessions.
